Superb experience. It's a wonderful property, we had a very comfortable stay. Very safe and sound. Great staff, yummy food and the managing person Mr. Sarabjit Singh is avery courteous and welcoming person. Each and every staff member is very hospitable. Starting from tea,each and every food item (very and non veg) is very tasty. Definitely I would recommend this property to stay and enjoy your vacation. There's a Stone temple which is 1km from this hotel, a must visit place. It's been constructed single handedly by a person there since 38 years without any government funding. Do visit and donate for the temple too. 5 stars are less for this place, 10 stars from my side.

I cannot get a better experience of staying in chail than this hotel. The way this hotel is maintained and curated is awesome. And the credit goes to Mr. Sarabjeet Singh ( Manager ) who made our experience more than we expected 😍. The Hotel staff was very Cooperative. From reception, room service to food, everything was properly managed. Mr Sarabjeet Singh ( Everyone call him Sabby Bhai ) is a great personality. Talking to him is itself a unique and fun experience. Thank you Hotel Pearl and Specially Sabby Bhai😇🙏. Would love to recommend and come again on this property ❤️❤️

Main inke yaha gaya toh inhone mujhse 10 hazar ki ghoos maangi lekin mujhe inke staff ne bataya hotel pine stay ke baare me. toh mai jab vaha gaya toh vaha inse zyada acche room the, bade room the, 5 logo k liye the, parking bhi thi, khana bahut accha tha, view toh matlabh mindboggling tha aur mai full satisfied tha. toh agar koi cheez 2800 me mil rahi hai toh inko 10 hazaar kyu dene uske? paisa keemti hota hai aur inko vakhat nahi he. toh jo bhi sajjan aayein ek baar hotel pine stay zaruur consider karein.

Fantastic hotel! Room was very clean, staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, Easy Check in, food was of a very high quality, Value for money. Breakfast and dinner buffet provides variety of food, which is better than ordering from a menu What more can you ask for? Highly recommended for comfortable and affordable stay. We missed on dynamic personality (Sarbjeet singh aka Sabby bhai ) bhai without you this luxurious hotel is nothing ,missed your presence bhai

An excellent place to stay, due to its proximity to (and yet distant from the crowds of!) sites like Kufri and Shimla. Nestled in the quiet town of Chail, it's a comfortable stay, with cooperative staff and excellent food. Prices are a bit steep, but can be accommodated in the off-season. Not great on the views, but has a good game room to kill time in, and a strong WiFi. Staff is cooperative, and responds to reasonable requests. Rooms are well furnished and spacious. Overall, a very good deal!

One of the best hotel in chail,all the tourist attractions are nearby this property, ie chail palace, stone temple and kali ka tibba the hotel acts as a center point for all these magnificent tourist places, adding to that Mr. Kapoor the MD of the property is a true gentleman and i must say the food of this property is the most delicious food of chail... Must must visit... U all will find it a true place to enjoy

For party/ events etc and yes also finger licking food , spacious reception area with couches to relax.. great location. Had a great time

We had a Lions Club Installation Ceremony and we were a group of more than 60 people. The location, the ambiance, the staff, the service , the food and the everything was just more than superb. The service provided by Rajan , Kavita ,Neha and all the hotel staff from managers to cooks n waiters to bell boys was par excellence. KUDOS TO THE TEAM WHITE PEARL FOR CREATING EXCELLENT MEMORIES OF THE TRIP FOR US.. God Bless

Well mannered and behaviored staff , very clean rooms and washrooms ,with all the necessary amenities available. Food is also very fresh and tasty.
Location is very good where you can peacefully spend some ME TIME. Apart from spacious and clean rooms the hotel has beatiful lobby, Activity Area, Balcony opening towards dense forest and best of all excellent management.

Excellent service and roadside location. Just 2.5 Kms from Chail palace and 8 Kms from Kali ka tibba. Has very well maintained and spacious rooms. In room service is available. Card payments are not accepted, only UPI or cash.
Right beside the hotel there is a nice eatery called Himachali Shudh Vaishno Dhaba, run by Kaku bhai, which serves great vegetarian lunch, dinner and breakfast.

Wow, I had a great day at the hotel, service is very good, very good temperament of all the staff and the location is excellent, there is a jungle behind the hotel that attracts nature lover, there are games to play, rooms are very good, songs are sung in the evening.
Mr Sarabjeet singh (manager) is a great singer himself. Peaceful place for friends, family and couple.

Chail is hidden gem of Himachal Pradesh and White Pearl Hotel the best place to be in. Location is beautiful. Hotel staff behaviour is very good. Food quality is awesome. Neat and clean room and washroom at affordable fare. Highly recommended for 2-3 days stay.
